What counts as a workspace? +

A workspace is a single private environment — typically one family's complete view of their wealth. Starter gives you one; Pro gives you five (useful if you manage assets across multiple branches of a family, or want a separate testing environment). Enterprise is unlimited.

What is a connected institution? +

A connected institution is a bank, brokerage, or custodian linked through Plaid so that account balances refresh automatically. You can still add manually-entered accounts without limit — the connection count applies only to Plaid-linked institutions.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's limits, you'll be asked to reduce connections first.

Can I see it before committing? +

Yes — reach out and we'll walk you through Steward against your own structure, and discuss the best way to get started for your situation.

Do you offer annual billing? +

Annual billing is available on paid plans at a discount. Contact us if you'd like to switch.

What happens to my data if I cancel? +

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that period it is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain financial records beyond the deletion window.
